Our dream property for January 2024 is a single-story, luxurious and modern villa in the southwest of the island, in Fajã da Ovelha (Calheta), which is currently under construction and is expected to be completed at the end of 2024. Nestled in beautiful nature and quiet surroundings in the sunniest and warmest part of the Flower Island, the villa is suitable both as a family residence and as an investment property for rental in the upscale tourism sector, as the area between Calheta and Ponta do Pargo offers many leisure opportunities: outdoor activities such as paragliding, surfing, hiking, golfing - the new golf course in Ponta do Pargo is expected to open in 2025 - and many more in combination with nearby excursion destinations such as the sandy beach in Calheta, which is also suitable for small children, with a nearby marina and a promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes that invite you to linger, the Laurissilva, the jungle of Madeira, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, or the wildly rugged north coast with its small and romantic towns embedded in deep bays by the Atlantic Ocean.
