MAY WE INTRODUCE OURSELVES
MICHAEL OTTO
FOUNDER
Born in Hamburg, Michael Otto works independently as a real estate consultant on Madeira. In doing so, he relies on his large network that he has built up on the island. He discovered his love for the Flower Island and its inhabitants around 30 years ago. He came, saw and stayed. He knows every nice spot on the island and of course the best properties. He has dedicated the rest of his professional life to the hospitality industry and golf and has never lost a tiny bit of his passion and enthusiasm for both.
JESSICA OTTO
OWNER & DIRECTOR
Michael's daughter Jessica inherited her father's passions - both for golf and for the quality of life. Together with her father, she brokers high-quality real estate in Madeira. Born on Flower Island, she knows every corner of the island and its secret highlights inside out. She loves to put her home at guests' feet and with her three languages German, Portuguese and English is the perfect travel companion. She now lives in England and is our first point of contact for anyone interested in British real estate.
CHRISTINE BESSELMANN
CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
Christine Besselmann is the founder of the b-come agency, which develops brand-compliant and holistic communication strategies, especially for start-ups and their digital positioning. In 2016, after 25 years of studying, working and living in Hamburg, she decided to work for a while as Head of Marketing & PR at the Ayurveda clinic in Madeira. The enthusiastic hiker and nature lover crossed Madeira on foot in six days, lived out her passion for surfing and started playing golf.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We are not a real estate agent.
We are our customers' agent.
We are not looking for the right buyer for a property.
We are looking for the right property for our client.
Our aim is not to offer you as much as possible.
Our goal is to make the right thing possible for you.
We don't just know the real estate market.
We have known Madeira for over 30 years.
WHAT WE SHOW YOU
We don't just offer you properties that match your wishes.
We show you the most beautiful properties at a good price-performance ratio.
