2.a. When concluding a purchase contract for a property or land, the terms and conditions of our business partner who sells the property / land apply. In this case, the contractual partner is our business partner.

2 B. When using a service of one of our business partners, the terms and conditions of the business partner apply. The contractual partner is the business partner.

2.c. Michael Otto Unipessoal LDA (IMMOMADEIRA REAL ESTATE CONCIERGE) assumes no liability for the content of the websites of our business partners, for their actions and business activities. Likewise, we assume no liability for contracts concluded with one of our business partners.

3. If no purchase contract for a property is concluded with one of our business partners, the customer must pay a fee for our services to Michael Otto Unipessoal LDA IMMOMADEIRA REAL ESTATE CONCIERGE). The fee depends on the time required and is individually agreed in advance between the customer and the Michael Otto Unipessoal LDA IMMOMADEIRA Real ESTATE CONCIERGE).
